Will I feel anything whilst using the face mask?
You might feel a light warmth or tingling because of the improved microcirculation. The mask itself does not heat up, it is just your body’s circulation and increased oxygen flow as a result of the treatment. Some people do not feel anything but this does not mean it’s not working.
What are the silicon and cotton sheets that come with the face mask used for?
The silicon and cotton sheets are used to keep your face mask clean if using with a lotion or serum, or if you’re using in a clinic for hygienic purposes. It is not needed for the treatment itself.
Where can I order replacement cotton sheets?
You can order any replacement cotton sheets from Amazon.
Can I use the face mask with serums/creams?
Yes. Apply a light layer of serums beforehand and then the mask. It will allow the product to permeate deeper into the skin as we are opening the cells.
How often should I use the face mask?
We recommend using the face mask 1- 2 x daily or whenever you feel your face requires a little pick me up!
How soon can I see results?
Some people notice results within one session, whilst some people with acne, eczema and other existing skin conditions may need 5 - 10 sessions.
Is it possible that my skin gets worse before it gets better?
Yes. The PEMF will pull out all the toxins from the deeper layers of the epidermis so you may first experience a bit more uneven skin or impurities as a result. Give it a few days and continue sessions to clear these deeper issues.
Can the Sedona Face Mask also help with sinuses, migraines , ADHD, etc
Yes. The Sedona Face Mask runs on 4 different frequencies, each with their own benefit. The frequencies will aid with all face / head / brain related conditions. We are not only working on the external beauty aspect, but we are also stimulating the repair of internal cellular damage.
How do I charge the batteries and how long do they take to charge?
Simply place the batteries in the charging pod and use the cable and wall plug to connect to a wall outlet. The batteries will take approximately 4 hours to fully charge.
Can I also use the face mask without the batteries but with using the wall plug?
Yes . Simply plug in the cable provided to the top end of the remote and connect the bottom end of the remote to the face mask. Then plug the top cable into a wall plug to use without batteries.
How do I know the face mask is on?
The blue light on the display screen will be on the first few seconds when choosing a program. The blue light then switches off but you will still see the numbers on the display meaning that the device is on.
How long is a session and when do I know that it is over?
Each program runs for 30 minutes and then shuts off automatically.
Is there warranty on the Face mask?
We have one year warranty on the remote for the Face Mask. We do not have warranty on user wear and tear of the mask itself. All sales are final for hygiene purposes.
