At Sedona Wellness, your satisfaction is our priority. We stand behind the quality of our PEMF (Pulsed Electromagnetic Field) devices and strive to ensure you have a positive experience with our products and services.
14-Day Return Policy
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your product, provided the following conditions are met:

The item must be in like-new condition with all original packaging, accessories, manuals, and components.

A Return Authorization (RA) number must be requested and approved prior to any return.

Shipping fees (both original and return) are non-refundable and are the customer’s responsibility.

A restocking fee of 15% may apply.
Non-Returnable Items

Customized or personalized PEMF programs

Disposable or hygienic items (e.g., face masks, pillows) if used or unsealed

Products damaged due to misuse, neglect, or unauthorized modifications
How to Initiate a Return

Email us at support@sedonawellness.ae with your order number, reason for return, and product condition.

We will provide you with an RA number and return instructions.

Once the product is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your device arrives damaged or defective:

Contact us within 7 days of delivery.

We will arrange for a replacement or repair at no additional cost.

Photos or videos may be required to assess the issue.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct product exchanges. If you wish to exchange, you must return the original product (if eligible), and place a new order separately.
